Apollo Slots Coupon
One of the most popular posts on this site is about slot machine companies. I list Apollo Games there, but they’re an interesting enough company with interesting enough games that I’d like to do a more detailed write-up here.
As of 2020, Apollo Games designs and manufactures both slot machines and video lottery terminals (VLTs).

Here are the details you need about the company and its products:
Everything You Ever Wanted to Know about Apollo Games but Were Afraid to Ask
As far as slot machine companies go, Apollo Games is relatively new — the company was founded in 2007 in Prague. Their initial products targeted African and European casinos. Like many newer slot machine software companies, Apollo Games also designs online slot machine games.
Based in the Czech Republic, Apollo makes its products available in several different currencies and languages.
Their brand focuses on HD graphics and animated videos during the bonus game-play rounds. If you’re a fan of the new-ish “3D slots” trend, you’ll probably like their games.
They also produce video lottery terminals, or VLTs, as they’re commonly known. They have dozens of VLT titles available. These games also feature HD graphics.
When I talk about HD, I mean that they present their games on LCD screens. They offer great sound systems on their games, using subwoofers to really crank up the bass.
You can also play progressive jackpot games from the company which feature 3-tiers. Their online products use HTML 5, making them compatible with almost any device you might want to use.

Some Examples of the 3D Slot Machine Games from Apollo Games
Here are some examples of the games available from the company:
Turbo Slots is a flash slot machine game that features a science fiction theme with killer robots from the future. The game has 5 reels and slick graphics. Special features include twister wild symbols, expanding wild symbols, and randomly appearing wild symbols.
Turbo Slots has 5 pay-lines and the same 3-tiered progressive jackpot as other games from Apollo. The denominations are adjustable per the casinos’ expectations, so that will vary based on where you’re playing. I was unable to find any RTP (return to player) estimates for the game, although their official site says those figures are also changeable per the casinos’ specs.
The reel symbols on Turbo Slots are mostly traditional — bars, diamonds, and fruit.
But the symbols look different from the corresponding symbols on other slot machine games.
Pandora Slots are based on the Greek myth and feature characters like Zeus and Hephaestus.

Pandora Slots features different symbols from a standard slot machine, and the symbols featured all relate to Greek mythology and the Acropolis. Like Turbo Slots, Pandora features 5 pay-lines and adjustable currencies and return to player.
Apollo Games Video Lottery Terminal Games
I suspect that some (if not most) of my readers are unfamiliar with video lottery terminal games (VLTs).
Fear not.
I’m going to provide some basic information about what a VLT is and how it’s similar to and different from a slot machine game.
Basically, a VLT is a gambling machine where you bet on the outcome of a random game, You play a VLT one-on-one like you would a slot machine, but the game is connected to a central computer for multiple machines.
That central computer lets the organization overseeing the lottery in that area see what kind of results are happening. This also enables the lottery administrators to take their cut.
As with any slot machine or lottery, your results are random. The machine doesn’t program payouts, although the games do usually have a minimum return percentage. That return percentage is based on the likelihood of winning and the sizes of the payouts.
Most VLTs look just like slot machine games, but their returns are usually significantly lower. Even though a random number generator creates a result, the use of a central pool of money makes the back-end of video lottery terminals slightly different from that of slot machines.
Many of the titles and themes of the VLTs from Apollo Games mirror the slot machine titles they offer:
Slot Birds, 4 Four Fruits, Blood, Mad Mechanic, Mystery Joker are all available as VLTs as well as slot machines.
Apollo Games Video Poker – American Poker
As I write this, it seems like Apollo Games only has one video poker game available online — American Poker. Here’s what the paytable for this game looks like:
- A pair of jacks or better pays 2 for 1
- 2 pairs pays 3 for 1
- 3 of a kind pays 5 for 1
- A straight pays 7 for 1
- A flush pays 9 for 1
- A full house pays 12 for 1
- 4 of a kind pays 40 for 1
- A straight flush pays 100 for 1
- A royal flush pays 500 for 1
There’s also a bonus payout of 400 for 1 for a 4 of a kind, but I’m unsure from the game’s descriptions whether this is for a 4 of a kind consisting of 5s or kings.
If you’re experienced with video poker, you’ll recognize this as being a variation of Bonus Poker, but it’s not a great game. The big problem is the reduced payout for the royal flush.
On every video poker game I’ve ever seen before this, the jackpot was 800 for 1 if you’re playing 5 coins.
Reducing that by 37.5% frees up a lot of money to pay out on lower-ranking hands. You’ll probably notice that a pair of jacks or better pays off at 2 for 1 instead of even money as you’d see on most machines.
What Kind of Payback Percentage Can You Expect from Apollo Games?
When I perused their website, I was unable to find ANY specifics about any game’s payback percentage beside the information that it was customizable to the casino’s specs.
I’ve seen multiple websites indicate that the games from Apollo average a 95% payback percentage. If that’s accurate, then Apollo’s games have an excellent return to player percentage.
I’ve explained payback percentage elsewhere on this site.
But just in case you need a quick refresher, the payback percentage is a number that compares the payouts for the various jackpots on a slot machine game with the odds of winning. It’s a percentage of each bet that you can expect to win back over an extended number of spins.
If you bet $1.00 on a slot machine game with a 95% payback percentage, you’ll see an average win of 95 cents per spin. Of course, that’s a long-term result, and it will run much higher or lower than that in the short run.
You’ll lose an average of a nickel for every dollar you wager on that game over time.
Which Online Casinos Offer Apollo Games?
The only online gambling site I know of that offers games from Apollo Games is KTO Casino, which does not accept players from the United States.
KTO is a good property, though, if you live in a country where they accept players from. Several countries are on their “restricted list,” though. They offer support via chat from 8am to 11pm.
Apollo Games is in good company there, too, as KTO uses some of the following software packages to power their games, too:
- 1x2Games
- Endorphina
- Evolution Gaming
- Genesis Gaming
- Habanero
- NetEnt
- NextGen Gaming
- Play’n GO
- Pragmatic Play
- Quickspin
- Red Tiger Gaming
Conclusion
I hope you enjoyed my guide to Apollo Games. If you can think of anything I’ve missed, please leave me a comment. If you’re from the company and see anything that’s mistaken or out of date, you can also comment, and I’ll update this post accordingly.
